NCURA Region VI/VII Regional Meeting Participant Support Travel Stipend

Key Travel Support Information

Submissions for this travel support, to attend NCURA VI/VII Regional Meeting 2025 in Costa Mesa, CA, of up to $2500, will be reviewed if received between September 8 and midnight September 21st. The selection committee will review the week of September 22nd with a goal of notifying selected applicants by end of day September 26. This timeline will allow selected applicants to secure the early bird registration rate and get the conference hotel block rate – we request that once notified you take advantage of these rates immediately.

Note that National Science Foundation and entity (University of Idaho and Southern Utah University) travel policies apply. To comply with these requirements, the hotel rate should be the conference hotel room block rate or a comparable rate with an acceptable reason for not booking with the conference hotel. GSA per diem rate will be reimbursed. Ground transportation and flight cost policies also apply. Please keep these policies in mind when booking. See below for process and additional details.

Are you a NCURA member?*
Have you attended an NCURA National, Regional, or FRA/PRA meetings previously?*
